Personalization Image Policy

Customers must have the right to submit every image, name, message, design, or other personalization instruction supplied to Velvear. Content must not be unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe to reproduce.

By submitting personalization content and confirming checkout, the customer authorizes Velvear and necessary production providers to use that content only to review, produce, verify, support, and resolve the related order.

Oversized images may be resized and compressed before upload. The prepared file remains suitable for online review and production reference but may not preserve every original pixel.

Personalization files are stored privately in object storage. Order and consent metadata are stored separately. Active-order files cannot be deleted while they may still be required for production, verification, fulfilment, support, or dispute handling.

After an order reaches an eligible terminal state, download, customer deletion, owner deletion, and automatic retention cleanup follow the current configured media-retention rules. Deleting an image does not delete the financial, consent, audit, or order record.
