Privacy Policy

Velvear collects the information needed to provide the store, process orders, receive payments, deliver purchases, support customers, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping obligations.

Information may include account details, contact and delivery information, order history, payment status, customer-service messages, and personalization files supplied for an order. Payment-card credentials are not stored by Velvear when a separate payment provider handles payment.

Personalization files are stored privately and follow the retention settings explained in the Personalization Image Policy. Customers may access only media linked to their own account and order.

Velvear uses essential browser storage for security, cart operation, login, checkout, and saved preferences. Optional analytics or marketing storage is not activated unless the customer allows it.

Customer information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the store, such as hosting, email, payment, and delivery providers, or when disclosure is legally required.

Contact the policy email shown on this page for privacy questions or requests. Financial, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may need to be retained even after optional media is deleted.
