14-Day Product Warranty

If a manufacturing or workmanship issue appears within 14 days of delivery, contact customer care to request a warranty assessment and return instructions.

Tax and commercial invoices

Velvear is not currently adding a separate checkout tax amount through the store tax setting.

Each completed checkout receives an immutable commercial invoice record. A commercial invoice is not described as a statutory tax invoice unless Velvear's published business and tax configuration supports that status.
