By using Velvear or placing an order, the customer agrees to the policy version displayed at checkout.

Product images, dimensions, descriptions, prices, availability, personalization options, delivery estimates, and promotions may be updated. The authoritative price and stock position are recalculated by the server when an order is submitted.

An order reference confirms receipt of the request but does not guarantee acceptance. Velvear may review payment, personalization instructions, product availability, delivery information, and suspected misuse before confirming or fulfilling an order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, personalization, and payment information. Personalized goods are produced from the submitted instructions and approved files.

Velvear may reject or cancel an order when payment is not completed, stock is unavailable, delivery is unsupported, personalization instructions cannot be fulfilled, or the transaction appears fraudulent or unlawful.

Cancellation, return, exchange, refund, shipping, privacy, and personalization rules form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
