14-Day Product Warranty

Velvear provides a limited product warranty for 14 days from the recorded delivery date.

If a manufacturing or workmanship issue appears during this period, contact customer care with the order reference, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photographs. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

An eligible item may be returned for assessment. After inspection confirms that the issue is covered, Velvear will arrange repair of the affected item under this warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship issues present during normal intended use. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage or care, unauthorized modification or repair, loss, theft, or natural variations in materials and handcrafted finishes.

Keep the item and all included components secure while the claim is reviewed. Warranty eligibility is determined after inspection and does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
